Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and detail‑oriented Account Admin to support our accounting and administrative operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, proactive, and able to handle documentation and reporting tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle e‑invoice related tasks and ensure accuracy in submissions.
- Perform documentation filing and maintain proper record‑keeping.
- Prepare weekly reports for management review.
- Assist in yearly audit preparation and provide required documents.
- Support general accounting and administrative duties as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Fluent Mandarin

- Knowledge of e‑invoice processes.

- Experience in documentation and basic accounting tasks.

- Ability to handle full set accounts is an added advantage.

- Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
