Toolmaker

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Toolmaker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining stamping dies, troubleshooting, and assembling new tooling and modifications to ensure smooth production operations

Responsibilities:

Maintain stamping dies in good productive condition.
Analyze problems and repair tooling for corrective action.
Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve operations.
Read and interpret engineering drawings effectively.
Conduct on-line troubleshooting to minimize production downtime.
Assemble new tooling and execute modifications/upgrades.
Perform test runs on completed tools or dies to meet quality specifications.
Make, repair, or modify tools, jigs, and gauges using hand and machine tools.
Verify dimensions, alignments, and clearances of finished parts.
Handle other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Ensure the workplace maintains proper 5S conditions.
Job Details:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (may require shift work).
Salary Range: RM 5,000 - RM 5,500.
