Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
~ Manage and oversee daily operations across 3 sites
~ Prepare and manage staff duty rosters
~ Resolve operational issues promptly and efficiently
~ Attend and contribute to weekly operational meetings
~ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
~ Monitor canteen operations and maintain quality control
~ Coordinate logistics and travel between sites as required
~ Implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency
Working Conditions:
- 6-day work week
- Regular travel required between sites
- Must be able to attend weekly meetings

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in operations management or similar role

Ability to manage multiple sites and travel regularly
3
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
4
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
5
Knowledge of industrial canteen operations is preferred
6
Ability to work 6 days a week as per operational requirements
7
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
