Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Steward (Night Shift) to support our kitchen and cleaning operations. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and smooth kitchen workflow during night hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize kitchen utensils, equipment, plates, and cookware.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, pantry, and dishwashing areas.
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure rubbish bins are cleaned and replaced.
- Assist in basic kitchen cleaning tasks such as mopping, wiping surfaces, and organizing equipment.
- Ensure all cleaning tasks follow hygiene and safety standards.
- Support kitchen staff when required.
