Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and analytical Chemical Engineer to join our paint manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will support production processes, ensure product quality, and contribute to continuous improvement within the factory.
5 Working Days
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, improving, and optimizing paint formulations.
-Monitor and control production processes to ensure consistency and quality.
- Conduct laboratory testing on raw materials and finished products.
- Troubleshoot production issues and propose technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Prepare technical reports, SOPs, and documentation for audits.
- Work closely with production, QC, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements & Qualifications

Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.

Experience in paint, coating, chemical, or manufacturing industry is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Able to understand technical documents, formulas, and process flows.

Responsible, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently.

Good communication skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
