Job Description

We are looking for 2 Admin Executives to support daily administrative and operational tasks for our Civil & LTH division. The ideal candidates should be organized, responsible, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative duties and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports, filing, and data entry.
- Coordinate with internal teams and support operational tasks.
- Manage phone calls, enquiries, and basic customer service.
- Ensure office records are updated and well‑organized.
- Perform any other admin-related tasks assigned by the management.

Working Hours
- Monday – Friday: 9.00am – 6.00pm
- Saturday: 9.00am – 3.00pm
