Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide key support, with a primary focus on creating and translating PowerPoint presentations. This is a non-sales, administrative role.

Key Responsibilities:
~ Create, design, and format professional PowerPoint presentations.
~ Accurately translate presentation content from English to Mandarin Chinese.
~ Provide general administrative support, including paperwork and documentation.
~ Ensure all materials are visually appealing and error-free.
~ Organize and maintain electronic files and record

Note: This is an administrative position and does not involve sales activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (written) is essential for translation tasks.

Proven experience in creating high-quality PowerPoint slides.

Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint).
