Remittance Officer

Job Overview We are hiring Remittance Officers to handle counter service for money transfer transactions. Training will be provided. This role requires responsibility, accuracy, and the ability to follow procedures. Key Responsibilities Serve walk‑in customers and assist with money transfer transactions Handle cash collection, counting, and verification Follow system prompts and standard procedures Check customer documents and ensure information is correct Assist foreign workers (FW) with simple and clear communication Maintain daily records and support branch operations Perform daily cash balancing and simple reporting Ensure confidentiality and follow company guidelines
