We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR & Admin Assistant. The successful candidate will support both human resources and administrative functions within our organization. Language Requirement: Mandarin (required) Responsibilities: ~ Assist in daily HR and administrative operations ~ Handle recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and resignation procedures ~ Maintain and update employee records and documentation ~ Support attendance tracking and payroll data preparation ~ Perform other tasks as assigned by management Benefits: - 5.5 days work week - EPF, SOCSO, EIS - Annual leave & medical leave - Friendly working environment
