Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to lead our production teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met. Key Responsibilities: ~ Lead and manage production teams, including team leaders and operators. ~ Review production plans and ensure proper resource planning (manpower, materials, machinery). ~ Conduct daily meetings to reinforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations. ~ Oversee On-the-Job Training (OJT) for operators to ensure adherence to Work Instructions. ~ Maintain high safety standards and organize machine setups to meet daily production goals. ~ Monitor production quality, review defects, and lead corrective actions. ~ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, delivery, and productivity. ~ Take ownership of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Quality, Delivery, and Productivity.
