Manufacturing Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Production Supervisor to lead our production teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met across day and night shifts. Key Responsibilities: ~ Lead and manage production teams, including leaders and operators. ~ Review the production plan and ensure proper resource planning. ~ Ensure adherence to production policies and procedures: ~ Tool Set-Up Procedure ~ Model Changeover Procedure ~ Shift Changeover Procedure ~ Conduct daily morning meetings to reinforce SOPs and regulations. ~ Oversee On-the-Job Training (OJT) for operators to follow procedures and Work Instructions (WI). ~ Maintain safety standards on the production floor. ~ Organize machine and tool setup to meet the daily production plan. ~ Monitor sample buy-off to reduce machine downtime. ~ Ensure trained personnel are assigned to appropriate jobs. ~ Ensure worker compliance with Standard Work Instructions. ~ Review defect occurrences and collaborate with the team to implement corrective and sustainability plans. ~ Continuously assess production gaps and implement policy changes. ~ Initiate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and productivity. ~ Take responsibility for key performance indicators (KPIs) in: ~ Quality ~ Delivery ~ Productivity Benefits - Medical Coverage - Paid Sick Leave - Dental - Parking - Uniform and safety shoes provided Schedule: Monday to Friday Education: Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred) Experience: working: 2 years (Preferred)
